Bureau Veritas in Spain grants the Municipal Center of Tourist Reception of Granada the "Marca Q" (Q brand) of Quality for Tourist Information services, a quality distinction that recognizes excellence in the tourist sector.

The "Marca Q" (Q brand), which is issued by the Spanish Institute of Tourist Quality (Instituto de Calidad Turística Española, ICTE) is a specific distinction for the sector, that includes all the departments of a Tourist Information office (management, reception, supplying, marketing, infrastructure and maintenance) and has a validity of three years with its corresponding annual audits. Obtaining and keeping this distinction guarantees a fulfilment of the services provided to citizens and tourists.
